- In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
- Locate DialText or DialText CPaaS Gateway in the list of active authorized applications.
- Click the Remove button.
- Check the box that asks: “Delete posts, videos or events DialText posted on your timeline” and click Remove.

- Any cached transient multimedia attachments (images, PDFs, audio).
5. Mandatory Statutory Retention Exceptions
Under Indian law, certain records cannot be deleted immediately and must be retained until statutory retention windows expire:
- TRAI Call Detail Records (CDR): Telecommunication routing logs (timestamp, hashed sender ID, destination MSISDN) must be preserved for 2 years as mandated by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and TRAI unified license guidelines.
- Tax Invoices & Financial Audits: Invoices generated with GSTIN and billing records must be preserved for 7 years in compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017.
All retained records are moved to an isolated, encrypted vault accessible only for statutory compliance audits.
6. SLAs and Confirmation Protocol
Upon completion, a formal cryptographically signed Data Erasure Confirmation Certificate will be issued to the requesting party.
